Our Data Protection and Privacy Policy (the ´Policy´) relates solely to personal data supplied by you to us and forms part of and is included in our Terms and Conditions in its entirety. Such personal data provided by you will be used for the purpose of providing the Service at this site and to update and enhance the Company´s records.

Any communications with you will be kept to the minimum required to keep you informed about the Company´s products and services and other services which the Company or any other person or body corporate wish to offer unless you specifically state to the contrary. Your personal data may form part of the Service, which is promoted for public access, and you hereby give your consent to the Company to use your personal information in such a way as it sees fit. This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully and contact us with any queries.

For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act), the data controller is Everyday Models.

Information we may collect from you.

We may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.everydaymodels.co.uk. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our services, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by us and when you report a problem with our site.
  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
  • We may also ask you to complete surveys or questionnaires that we use for research purposes.
  • Details of transactions you carry out through our site.
  • Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data and the resources that you access.
  • If you are Registered with us as Models we will collect rating information from Agencies unless you tell us not to.
  • Photographs you may submit to us as representations and examples of you and your work experience.

IP Addressess and Cookies

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service. They enable us:

Model Release

As a model you assign us the irrevocable, exclusive, unrestricted right, to copy, use, re-use, edit, alter, publish, republish, license, assign, and distribute any and all photographs you submit to us, including foregoing exclusive rights regarding the Released Images in any and all media and methods of transformation and/or distribution now or hereafter known, including but not limited to film, print, video, computer, Worldwide Web, Internet Website, Email, FTP, computer network, and digital reproduction and distribution, for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, sales, or any other purpose whatsoever.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data. Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. Access to information

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
